The C183 isn't a battery charger. If you use rechargeable AA batteries in it, you must charge the batteries outside the camera using a separate battery charger.
ok so you are saying your battery is ok.Then it could be your charger or phone that is the problem.You are best going to a suppliers shop where you can try another charger.If battery and charger are ok then it must be the phone, and ask for a replacement.
I advise you to buy a charger with the current and voltage ratings
provided on the battery with the USB output and connect the phone with the data
cable to get it charged.Or you can directly connect to the computer to get it charged.
been told problem cant be fix they dont do downlad battery calibrate c2 any more for this laptop so looks like i have to buy a now one if i can get one

It's WIRELESS. The receiver is powered by USB. The mouse needs batteries. AAA in most cases! If batteries test ok in a remote control...they should have enough for mouse.
