hi friend
The easiest place to find the VIN on your vehicle is right on the lower left corner of your dashboard. You should be able to read the number by looking through your windshield on the driver's side of your car. Check the driver's side door. The VIN might also belocated in the driver's side doorjamb or on the doorpost. I hope these images will help you.
I had same problem with wifes 307 estate but also had ABS light showing, removed cover on near side front wheel arch to check ABS ECU and found a wire fitted with a fuse that had blown, replaced fuse and speedo now working, ABS light still showing but am working on it, but now the ignition will not switch off and sometimes the engine continues to run on so we have to stall the engine to stop itas soon as I fix these problemsI intend to sell the car on, it has been a knightmare I suggest you do the same
It means your Keyfob remote battery need replacing...
have it replaced at citroen, if you mess it up it can be expensive, rather pay £5 for a battery than £100 for an immobiliser reset...
