SOURCE: Honda cbr 600 will start for about 10 seconds then
take a spark plug out and crank it over to see that your getting a big bluish spark..if it looks redish-purple then i would look into ohming out the pulse generator circuit. if its like my f1, it should be located on the left side cover..find the first disconnect from the pulse generator harness and then ring into the wires..you shouldnt read any opens and the correct ohm readings should be at least 450-500.
it was easy to take the cover off and you can visually inspect the pickups. on mine, one off them read 136 ohms and the other was burnt and reading open. if this is not the problem then i would take the line off going from the fuel pump to the filter and let it pour into a small gas tank now start the bike and you should see fuel squitting out at a pretty strong rate.. not a weak drizzle! hope this helps!

SOURCE: 3Does Honda sell a rebuild
No Honda does not sell a rebuild kit. Honda only sells assemblies. The petcock is pressed together and therefore can can not be disassembled and reassembled to replace parts. The main valve from Honda runs about $175. The vacuum diaphragm assembly, if this is the only thing leaking, can be had for around $40.
SOURCE: I don't know which spark
If you look on each plug lead, there should be a number 1, 2, 3 4.
Put them onto the relevant cylinders . !
