Hi hope this helps

1. place enging clutch side down on wooden blocks either side
2.place in gearbox and drum and selectors making sure all gears select by turning drum. (Tricky bit)
3. locate crank and tap into place, not damaging threds. also locate balencer.
3. place on other crankcase gentle tap together so there is no gap and tighten together with bolts.
4. next fit clutch, flywheel and piston and head.

Assuming you are using two stroke engine oil, the pump is pumping too much into the gas. DO NOT use motor oil in the gas. If 2 stroke oil is being used, then get a new pump, fix the one you have or disconnect the pump and mix the oil with gas when you fill up. Four ounces of 2 stroke oil per gallon of gas equals the standard 32/1 fuel mix.

too much fuel buddy on carb is a mixture screw turn this in 14 of a turn or more if required and try this if no good get back to me
