CRF450X Shock Rebuild Parts

I am rebuilding the rear shock on my 05 crf450x and would like to know the common parts to replace, (oil seal, etc.), and part numbers if possible. I realize that once I get it apart and view some of the components; I may end up replacing things like bushings and bladders.
My shock lost all of the fluid due to a seal leak. I have done the front suspension and would like to try the back. I also realize that when I get it back together, I will have to add nitrogen.

It is not that common that you have to change blader and bushing...blader can be easily check out by looking if it is crack or to much warp...bushing will be ok if the coating is still there. i sugest that you bought after market race tech oil seal and dust...less expensive than honda and i only work with them and there is no issue yet. d'ont forget when you put oil into the shock you will have to wait to endclosed it till there is no air bubble at all in you're oil...thanks to leave good feedback.

Kx250 rear shock is out of oil how do i add oil to it

If the bike is real bouncy with no dampining you need to have shock rebuilt you cant just add oil to fix. Most rear mono shocks have a little bottle of nitrogen gas on side of shock. When shock seals go bad the oil and gas leaks out. Most times it is cheaper to find shop to rebuild shock then buying new one.Mono shocks can run anywhere from 250.00 to 500.00$.you can get rebuilt for about 100.00 to 150.00$ depending on parts needed.

How much oil do i put in the rear shok for a yz250

You can change it. Im looking for the correct amount to do it myself. I already pulled mine apart and bought a rebuild kit for it. Comes with a new nitrogen bladder, o rings for the seal, and a few other necessary items. Just remember to measure where the jam nuts holding your spring is so you can put it back in the correct location. As for the nitrogen i heard 150 psi. I'm fortunate to work at an offroad racing shop so i'm just gonna fill mine with nitrogen there, but i dont think you should get charged too much at a regular bike shop. Rockymountainatv.com has the rebuild kit. You will need the seals atleast. If i find anything else out i'll let you know. Hope this helps.
