High beam out.

I purchased a 04 cbr 600rr from my buddie. Ive had it for 7 or 8 months he wrecked it i bought it and fixed it, but ever since i fixed it the high beams been out. My first step was too check the bulb and fuses that's fine, I bought the head light wiring harness still no luck then i saw the main harness had a burnt and crispy wire so i bought a new harness still no luck so by now ive spent a little over $300 so any help will be greatly greatly appreciated.

First check if bulb is working by direct connection
to battery by grounding common on neg term an then with a piece of wire from pos to touch the other 2 nibs on the rear of bulb

need a 12v test light

clamp one end on battery neg other with probe follow from highbeam wire to dimmer switch to key switch

should have power all the way
flip to the low beam and have lit tester
then the dimmer switch is burned out on the high side

I would wager that you have a bad high-beam switch. Get an Ohmmeter and check the switch. also check the bulb holder to be sure power, if it is there, is getting to the bulb.
