Throttle cables are relatively standardixed. Remove the broken cable and take it to any auto parts store where they will be able to match it to one they have in stock, or can order for you.

hi m8,, no u dont need separate oil m8,, one oil 4 all,,on the filler cap usually on the right side of the bike, either will have a dip stick attached to the cap, or a spy glass at the bottom of the engine casing that u r filling,,or u will have a number stamped on the filler cap or casing,,ie ,2500ml or 3000ml,, this stands 4 2500ml is 2 and a half litres ,,or 3000ml stands for 3litres of oil,,
