Check this out,,,, Pull the plug , ark plug on frame,turn over motor and check for spark, No spark change coil....My 800 runs great on one cycl.

Your suzuki is air cooled with an oil cooler,it doesn't have a radiator...

dont worry about the diagram. coming out of the motor you find 3 yellow wires they come for your stator. take a mutli meter and check to see if any of those 3 wires a grounded. if not start the bike and check for ac out put. the wire go to your reg/rec. if your getting a ac out put you reg/rec. maybe bad.

Most bikes is under the seat.

It's most likely the connection to the battery. The screws dont tighten in well and you get the famous clicking....I replaced the stock philips screws with a hex bolt and after two years of trying to solve the problen have been starting everytime for the past year no problems. Another gie away is the intermitant starting problem gets worse when wet.
