First take a short jumper wire, across both wires going to the temp switch on the radiator, basically connect the two wires together. If it comes on, then you have a bad temp switch.

Test the fan directly with a pair of your own wires from a 12 volt source like your car or bike battery. If it seems ok, and does not get hot!----then your relay or your coolant temp sensor is at fault. Are you sure you are full of antifreeze/coolant??? Sometimes the wire is tiny and gets snagged and pulled off the sensor or disconnected in some way. Try these, and good luck!!! PLease rate me a FIxya if you think this was the most helpful. Post if you need more advice. Good Luck

I have a 2006 Kawasaki concourse that will start but wont Idle with out the choke on. Seem to run better if the the fuel stop **** is on prime but it still wont idle. Whats causing this?

You may want to have your fuel system checked out. You may have water or trash in there. Have you checked you air filter? Fuel filter? Does the bike run fine other than the idle problem?
