My honda cbr 929 rr 2000 i just changed the plugs, and did an oil change and my bike ran for a day or so and now it ran for 20 min and ran like poo, spit and sputtering and now it will not start

You could load test the battery ,to see if its good ,if it is good or new,it may be your stator,or charging system.You could check the voltage of the battery while its running to see if its charging. I found ,they dont like not being started,or sitting for awhile. Ive installed a battery tender ,that keeps my battery fully charged even if you let the bike sit for extended periods of time. Its a very low amp charging system ,then turns itself on and off,to keep your battery fully charged. Sometimes there called Float chargers too.
Hi Steve, Have you looked into Amsoil? www.amsoil.com They make synthetic oil that is better than petrolium base and has a longer life between changes. Hope this helps
Any oil with SAE 10/40W for late model bikes (check Castrol, or Benray website). When changing oil recommended to change oil filter every other oil change.
Was the bike running fine before you cleaned them? If your bike won't stay running, you might need to adjust your idle. There is a black round dial on the left side next to the stator (big round circular housing) turn it so the fuel is increased.
hi budfdy its quite easy to do if you jno what your doing right 1:run the bike till it reaches working temperature 2:unscrew the oil plug located underneith engine and drain into a bucket 3:unscrew the oil filter in the front off the engine near the front wheel 4:get the new oil filter and dab some oil on the black seal and screw on hand tight 5:put the sump plug back in and tghten checkiung seal is ok 6:unscrew filler cap on right side engine casing and fill with oil i reccomend silkolene oils 7:as you fill with oil the sight glass located below the filler plug will begine to fill with oil stop filling when the oil reaches 1/2-3/4 full on the glass also do this with the bike upright then put the plug back in and start the bike rechecking the oil hasnt dropped 8:remove seat 9:unscrew the bolts holding the tank in by the steering and tilt the tank up 10:unscrew the airbox screw holding the lid in on the out side and lift off replacing with new filter and rebuild back together 11:check coolant if dirty change but if is clean leave it hope this helped buddy
