SOURCE: oil out of tail pipe

Hi,
This is not uncommon.
Things to check first would be your fuel mixture. You might be running a bit rich. You should be using a mix of 3.5 percent synthetic oil.
Being a 2 stroke, the tail pipe cartridge needs replacing from time to time, as it does collect oil with time. If the bike is a bit noisey change the packing.
Always remember that there is oil in fuel used on 2 strokes.
Lastly check the type of oil you are using. Mineral oil does tend to be a bit messy as the mixture requires around 5 percent oil.
Most off road stores now keep good LOW SMOKE oils such as Motrex.
Stick to good synthetic oils !
Cheers
Jon

SOURCE: hi i have h plate dtr 125,engine oil is gray cld

the problem arises in this situation because the water system is mixing with the oil system? if i am right in thinking that this is an liquid cooled version with the infamous powervalve system then you might find it usuially has something to do with that. if you keep running th engine then you will find out that it will do lots of damage to your piston which relies on oil to move and cool.

SOURCE: crack in my yz 125 2001 crank case

You know aluminum can be welded very successfully now, so best bet is to remove that case and take it in to a good welder..You can ry the quick fix (JB Weld) is what i recommend, but success is rare !....good luck to you my friend...Tim

SOURCE: got water and steam coming out of over flow pipe

Clean out your cooling system, flush it and make sure the radiator is not clogged. You could be overheating due to a clogged up radiator. If you put your hand on the radiator, it should be the same temperature all around. If clogged up it will be colder in the middle and very hot where the water comes in from the engine. CAUTION not to burn yourself, use of IR thermometer recommended.
If that's not it, then check your head gaskets.

Oil coming out of air filter

It is quite normal to have a small amount of oil in the airbox, however exsess oil in the airbox will find its way into the engine and burn hence smoke, remove the engine breather pipe from the engine to airbox and clean then replace, exsess crankcase pressure is caused by pressure leaking past the piston or rings, during detanation, dismantling of the top end of the engine is required for inspection, poss new piston and rebore.

Oil checking

Here is the manual which may be of help. Not certain if you have a small window low down in the engine that shows oil level or the oil filler has a dipstick...but the manual will have oil amounts which you can measure and refill the crankcase with after you drain the old oil.
rate me please if this is useful or helps your problem.... thank you.
