Wiring kit pries - 2007 Bajaj Pulsar 150

A couple of pry bars, some rags and a coat hanger. Start with prying at the top of the door, Use the rags to protect the paint. Pry out on the door, not to the body, as it will bend. Use the pry bars back and forth to get them further in the door. Once you have a gap, use the coat hanger and reach in and hit the unlock button. If the top of the door is sprung out a bit. Grab the top, put your knee in the middle and pull it back into place.

Get a radio install kit and a wiring harness and plastic pry set and screwdrivers.

As a formerly ASE Certified mechanic I am posting this to try to help others.THE PYLE KIT: Monitor + Camera Mount + Wiring Harness for hard wiring into vehicle electrical. --- Additional Materials Required to Install: 3ea. coils of automotive 18 ga. wire. One red, one black, and one white. 1/8" non insulated wire but connectors, wire shrink wrap (1/4", 3/16\', 5/16" AND 3/8" best to get assort. pack). Self taping sheet metal screws 1/2" long. Roll of electrical tape, Barbed Butt Connectors (2ea.- see illustration wiring Monitor posted this site). Rubber wire grommet 3/8" outside, 1/8" for wire, 1ea. req. Pull ties. --- Tools Required: Utility Knife, Drill w. phillips bit driver, wire tripper, volt meter, small pry bar. + Misc. ---

Stripped a sparkplug,then you need a sparkplug repair kit,The kit comes with a tool that rethread to a bigger size and a sparkplug insert, it a easy repair, and you wont have sell your kidney ,read directions with the kit first, and put grease on the rethread tool so it wont go in the combustion chamber,

Check the bulbs to see if they are secure but...
Probably after years of use the optional light kit plug has become loose from the vibration. To fix this, turn off the electricity to the unit (circuit breaker is best) take of the bulbs and globes and reove the lighting kit from the bottom of the fan and look for a plug/socket combination and check to see it is secure. There will be many wires and if a remote controlled unit it maybe confusing as to which wires are which yet all should be secure. Retighten the lighting kit, replace the globes and bulbs and turn on the breaker and try again. Good Luck!

My suggestion would be to buy a wiring harness and a dash mounting kit. After that unscrew or pull out the console/dash part thats around your factory deck. Then unscrew the bolts/screws holding the factory one in place. Remove it. Plug the wiring harness into the factory wire plug. Pull harness wires through the mounting kit. Attach the corresponding colored wires from the harness to your new deck. Slide your deck into the mounting kit and secure it in place. Most decks have little prongs that you can pry up to **** up against the mounting kit so it wont slide out without pushing those down (makes it more secure and harder to steal). Place deck with mounting kit into area factory deck was. Put the screws/bolts back into place tightly. Place console/dash part back on. You will need the mounting kit (99% of new decks are smaller than the factory). Wiring harness is optional but recommended.

for the power wire try running it thru where your factory wiring harness go thru for the rest of the power or you may need to make your own hole... for the others,, pry up the side molding by your doors that are plastic, lay them under those very flatly so it'll still clip back in and you may need to run them on both sides if your power wire is thicker then 6ga.

then just try to run them underneath plastic moldings all the way back.. you can pull up your carpet if you really want to but its a lot of unneeded work if you go thru that way

You should be able to pry out both the male and female piece with a thin blade screwdriver or putty knife. Don't worry if you break either piece. You should end up with two holes. one in door and one in front panel. Buy kit and pop in both new pieces.

You may want to buy the kit first (part number 306436)...it will show you the construction of the two pieces before you begin prying.

all you gotta do is carfully pry the dash panel off (prying from the far left end is easiest) completely remove panel. then there are 2 clips that hold the factory sterio in place. push on the both clips while pulling the radio out. simply disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the radio. using an adapter avaliable at your local radio shop (scosche p/n gm02, mdarb and gm1483b) wiring harness, dash install kit, and antenna adapter. then simply match the colors on the new radio's harness to the adapter harness, crimping each connection with a "but plug". then simply follow the instructions included with the dash install kit to assemble the kit.connect the antenna adapter to radio, plug in all cables. test to see if everything works properly before the final install. install sterio into dash install kit, re installing kit where origional radio was. then simply put the panel back in its place by firmly pushing on it untill it snaps into place. then enjoy your new radio!
