I rebuilt the Master cylinder, that didnt fit it. Replaced master with a new one, no fix. Replaced the Slave Cylinder, still no pressure!! Yes, I have bled the system, and after an hour of pumping and bleeding, still nothing. Any thoughts?
This is a very difficult system to bleed due to the angle of the master cylinder mounting. Start by positioning the m/cyl on the handlebar where it is level with the ground. Remove the line from the m/cly and use your finger as a bleed screw to bleed the m/cyl first. Cover the hole while pumping, hold lever and release finger to release pressure, recover hole before releasing lever just as tightening a bleed screw. Repeat untill good pressure is achieved. Cap and reposition m/cyl in the threaded hole up position so as not to loose the fluid. Reinstall hose. Move to banjo bolt at slave cylinder and continue bleeding using banjo bolt as bleeder location. Finally move to normal bleed screw to insure all air is out of system. This procedure will work provided the clutch itself has not been dissassembled and reassembled improperly. Good luck!

sounds like the clutch needs to be adjusted, loosen the clutch adjusting jam nut and turn the adj screw clockwise untill the bike bearly starts to creep forward, then back off the screw 1/4 turn, tighten jam nut and you should be good to go

then you have a leaking seal in the rebuilt caliper or a collasped brake or kinked hose that will not allow pressure to flow through it
