This might be caused by one of two issues that come to mind off the top. I would check fuses to see if one might be blown, and two is I ride with my high beams on almost all the time. In cars, the fog lights are often on a circuit as such to only receive power on low beam lights and not work with lights on highbeams or when headlights aren't on.

r u getin fuel-is the tank valve workin-maybe the float is stuck on carb-test to see if getin spark-ignition system could hav bad wire ie plug or coil connect
With the switch in sidelight or dip
position, pull the switch to its first
position to turn on the front fog lights.
Pushing the switch in or turning it to OFF
or AUTO will turn off the front fog lights (this is for the front)
With the switch in any position except
OFF or AUTO, pull the switch to its
second position to turn on the rear fog
lights. This will also turn on the front fog
lights unless main beam is selected.
Pushing the switch in or turning it to OFF
or AUTO will turn off the rear fog lights (this is for the rear)

A. OFF.
B. Side (parking) lights.
C. Headlights.
D. Auto.
E. Front fog lights.
F. Rear fog lights.
