Fluid from the small reservoir (which has the brake fluid inside it for the clutch cylinder) is leaking on the inside of the vehicle firewall, subsequently draining the fluid on a daily basis; which in turn, softs the clutch to where it would be un-useable. I re-fill the reservoir, and off we go. I replaced the clutch master slave cylinder less than a year ago. Any ideas?

Did u bleed the system to get rid of the air. Put fluid in the resovoir, open the bleed valve on the slave cylinder, put a hose on the bleeder valve and into a container with clean fluid and pump the clutch until no bubbles-close the valve and remove hose, check resovoir and top up--system is now bled.

It's probably your slave cylinder. On my '89 it was located in the clutch housing. You have to take the tranny off to get access to it. This is probably why the fluid is "disappearing." I'd suggest changing the clutch while you're at. They sell kits for this at auto parts stores.

Air in the system. The shave is between the engine and trans and even a small leak won't show up. Look in the rubber piece on trans with a light and see if you see any fluid. If you see any then the slave is starting to fail.

if it is on the firewall then yes it is the clutch fluid resovior.
