1996 CBR 600 F3 Removing Spark Plugs

I have two F3s, and cannot get a spark plug wrench in the head of one of them. The plug camber is tapered. It seems to guide the plug wire in, yet there is no clearance for the socket to fit around the plug nut. The tapered wall does not seem to be an inserted piece of metal, but maybe it is.

How do I get the plugs out?

Thanks! I was starting to think I was doing something wrong. The special wrench is on order from my local Honda shop. If it works it will be worth the $16.

The Honda socket worked great. Accessing the 2nd plug in from the starboard side was a trick, but the Honda tool worked.

There is a special plug wrench for this. The socket is very thin and narrowly fits in the hole. The plug cap has a rubber grommet that seals the tube.

It might be a good idea to flush everything out with clean oil. And maybe clean the oil filter. And clean the crankcase and stuff.

Bike wont turn over

I have a 1996 cbr 600 f3 and when I first bought it used it would not turn over for the life of it. It turned out that a major problem was the spark plugs needing to be replaced. Thats the first thing to do. Next clean out those carbs with some good carb cleaner.
