My 2009 Harley Davidson FXSTC Softail Custom won't start, the lights are blinking and the key shows up on the dash and won't go off

not told how old the fuel is
and can be bad 1+ year old
compression good
good fuel
carb clean.
spark good.
filters not clogged.
electronics speedo or cable driving, no way cable can fail parked at 0mph, but if electronics to not work with dead or weak battery 10vdc is min 12.6vdc is good key off rested.
a good battery is first, the bikes generator may not run the biked proper if battery overloads any gen. so batter good is first on bike. (MC)

There could be a clog in the fuel lines somewhere, or the fuel pump is no good. Have a mechanic look at your fuel lines, filter, and pump. Also check the fuel injectors. If they're gummed up they won't spray the fuel properly. If the vehicle runs at all, try getting some fuel system cleaner from a chevron station and see if that makes a difference.

Your alarm being on is probably also an anti thieft device. Disable or reset the alarm, your bile will probably start. You need to learn more about your motorcycle my friend.
