No fork oil should destroy seals. I wouldn't go crazy on brand, as this isn't a full blown motocross bike. Use what you can get easily. Changing it is the important part, as many people never do.

You'll need to make a visit to you're local bike shop and use fork oil specifically. Don't try cutting any corners here spend the extra cash and use fork oil.

I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE 95 BUT THE 96 IS 13.2 OZ. EACH OF GRADE 10W
