You need to take the fobs and the bike to your dealership and have them matched together with Digital Technician.

Check your altenator connections, you have an intermittent charge circuit that is allowing the battery to run down over a period of time.

SOURCE: how do you remove battery from dyna low rider

I have an early model and I think they're still the same in that area. There are two bolts on the right side of the battery support. Loosen these two bolts and the battery will drop down a bit allowing you to remove the battery top cover and front cover.

How do you reset the factory ignition security system after it has been tripped?

The alarm will reset automatically or you can turn it off with the fob. If you cannot turn it off using the fob, then maybe the fob battery is flat. Replace it with a CR2032 and try again. If the alarm keeps ringing no matter what, then you may have a faulty TSSM module. All Harleys will reset the alarm if bike is turned off and left alone. By the way, have you removed the bike battery? If you have and did not disconnect it correctly (turn off alarm using fob, turn ignition on, disconnect battery) then the alarm siren will sound until its own backup battery goes flat. If this is the case, turn on ignition switch before fitting the battery.

2002 harely wont start alarm issue

Try changing the batteries in the key fobs and entering your security code manually, using the turn signal swithces. If neither of these works, the bike will have to go to the dealer because you have a problem with the TSSM.

Alarm system key fob not working

Try changing the battery in the FOB. When the battery gets low it will not work or is intermittent.
