SOURCE: bike was left on and battery fully discharged. It

Were you having trouble with the battery before this incident? If not, then charge the battery with a charger...NOT a trickle charger...for 12 hours. After this, check the voltage with a volt-ohm meter, it should read 12v -14v. Install in the bike, connect and check it again with the volt-ohm meter, it should hold the same reading as off the bike.

Try to start the bike, if it starts, check the battery again, now it should read 14v or a little more. Turn everything off and try to start it again. If it starts, the battery is still good but don't leave it on like that anymore.

If you get anything less than 12v after ther charge, the battery most likely has a dead cell and needs to be replaced.

SOURCE: I have a 2004 low rider. The batteries on my bike

Check your altenator connections, you have an intermittent charge circuit that is allowing the battery to run down over a period of time.

What are the yellow flashing light with Rii i8

The Rii i8 is a wireless keyboard with a built-in touchpad and backlit keys. The yellow flashing light on the Rii i8 keyboard indicates that the battery is low and needs to be charged.
When the battery is low, the yellow light will start flashing, indicating that the keyboard is in low-power mode. To charge the keyboard, plug it into a USB port using the included charging cable. The yellow light will turn off once the battery is fully charged.
It's important to keep the keyboard charged to ensure that it functions properly. If the battery is too low, the keyboard may stop working or the keys may become unresponsive. It's a good idea to charge the keyboard overnight or when it's not in use to ensure that the battery is fully charged when you need to use it.

Flashing led's on battery pack

Charles,
The battery turns on steadily or blinks to indicate battery charge status.
If the computer is connected to an electrical outlet, the light operates as follows:
  • Solid blue - The battery is charging.
  • Flashing blue - The battery is almost fully charged.
If the computer is running on a battery, the light operates as follows:
  • Off - The battery is adequately charged, or the computer is turned off.
  • Flashing orange - The battery charge is low.
  • Solid orange - The battery charge is critically low
Thank You,

Not charging

The chances are that the battery has failed. The age of the device would indicate that the battery is probably NiCd - these batteries have a memory effect that means after a while the battery thinks that "fully Discharged" would be the state that is the most usual for the charger to be used most often. You will need to open the device to get the battery out to find the part number. You will then be able to order on from an online retailer.

Power button not working!!! This is different though....

This is a common problem that I run into. The battery will show charged when it really isn't. Take out the battery, plug the charger into the computer and try turning it on. If this works, you have a bad battery and it will need to be conditioned or replaced. If this doesn't work it could be a serious hardware issue.

Battery charger on quantum electric wheelchair starts out ember color then starts flashing red I check wires everything is plugged check it about 3 months ago everything was ok now th chair won't

Did you charge it at all during the 3 months? Did you store chair on a full charge? Check to see if batteries are dead. Batteries should be disconnected and/or stored on a full charge. If left connected they should be fully charge every week.

The low battery light will stop flashing when the new battery you just installed become fully charged. It will take some time for the new battery to become fully charged.
