They all quit working on my way to work today.

Gap your plugs to 38 thou. Check all your bulbs (one burned out will affect the rest) Take a look at all your fuses and make sure they are all ok. Otherwise you are probably looking at a wiring short which will require trouble shooting of the elctrical system. Buy your self a service manual for your bike, this will help you a lot.

check the wiring under the rear tire. you probably tore the wires. if that's fine. do your flasher work? if they do then double check the bulbs. if they're fine them it could be the tsm ( turn signal module ) Only consider replacing that if the wiring is fine and the turn signals worked fine before

Look for a bad ground connection inside the headlight shell (or possibly elsewhere). The other thing that all of the items you mention that are working intermittently have in common is the ignition switch. With the switch 'on', check for battery voltage at the fuses for the headlight, turn signals, horn, etc. No voltage at the fuses likely means a bad ignition switch.

All of these components run off of your accessory circuit. Check for power before and after the fuses. A lack of power before the fuses would mean an open short between the ignition switch and the fuse. If there's a lack of power after the fuse, check the fuse again or replace it.
