CORRECT TIRE PRESSURE FOR REAR TIRE - 1995 Suzuki VS 800 Intruder

There will be a placard on your driver door, or on the rear door on the passenger side, which will list correct tire sizes and pressures. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM STATED TIRE PRESSURE FOR YOUR TIRES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, REGARDLESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE PLACARD.

Correct tire pressure - 30 PSI in the front
36 PSI rear single rider
40 PSI rear two up riding

Always refer to the side wall of the tire for air pressure. You may not be running Dunlop tires.

For Normal driving Jaguar approved tyres:

2.0L 16" Wheel front 35lbf rear 32lbf
17" Wheel front 36lbf rear 34lbf
2.5L 16" Wheel front 38lbf rear 35lbf
17" Wheel front 38lbf rear 35lbf
3.0L 16" Wheel front 38lbf rear 35lbf
17" Wheel front 38lbf rear 35lbf

from 1993-2001 the correct pressure is:
front tire: 36
rear tire :40

front 1.9 bar , rear 2.0 bar w/o passenger, and 2.0 front , 2.2 rear with some fat body behind :)

there is a tire pressure sticker on the door frame, but I recommend you run the tires at 32 PSI front and rear, this gives much better tire wear.

I think there is another other sticker in the back cover of the spire tire cover in the trunk, but you can go by the the tire pressure label on the tire it self and run the rear tire pressure 4 pounds less then the front. The front always have more since that is where the engine is and the rear has no weight so a softer tire will keep the rear end from hopping around bumpy corners. I believe the proper tire pressure on the Z24 if it's the correct tire is 42 lbs cold front and 38 lbs cold rear if you like the performance feel and if you like the softer feel, then drop it by 6 lbs both front and rear. The correct tire pressure for your front and rear wheel should be displayed somewhere inside the bikes manual, if not it might be displayed on the wall of the tire.
