It should start fine - unless you have drawn gunk from the bottom of the tank into the fuel line, in which case you will need to strip and clean the carbs.

remove the lower fering part...remove the nut and filter..put back the nut and a new genuine oil filter and put new oil...about 3.7l

Usually they take 3 1/3 qts. Just add 3 and watch till it full with the last bit of oil. Then start the bike and let idle for 5 seconds to fill the oil filter. Let it sit for a couple minutes and recheck the oil level and add more if needed.

20w40 or 20w50 but importantly it must say four stroke motorcycle oil, car oils will cause the clutch to slip.
Synthetic oils are better but cost more
