Hello there I am currently rebuilding my 2002 Honda cr250 2 stroke engine and need to know the torque setting for the crankshaft bolt any feedback would be very appreciated

Hello the bolts should be torqued to about 10 N-m , or 7 ft-lbs in an alternating cross pattern

this should get you close, will still have to fine tune due to exacting conditions.....humidity, temperature, pipe, silencer and reeds....however try this:
Main 360
Pilot 20
Needle H1-70
Needle Top Clip
Air Screw 2 Out

You dont take "engine" oil
Your transmission takes oil, which can be motor oil, but you can get a better grade. I recommend Bel-Ray gear saver that is designed for this.
I believe yours will take 680 ml's. There is a plug on the clutch cover that the oil will run out of when you fill it. Measure it and fill it untill it runs out. That's what it will take. (Bike straight up and level)

Stator unbolts, do you mean flywheel? You need a puller for it, it threads into the flywheel, after you remove the center bolt, left handed threads.
