They should be around 33hp at the rear wheel. They should wheelie ok, though you will need to try a bit for decent ones.

I put a fmf slip on, on my 06 Suzuki 125 drz-l and it is running a bit lean I was wondering what size I should go with on the jetting?

I take a small drill and go up to the nearest 0.1 say if you have jet with 104 bore, go to 1.1 drill, means 110 bore, next is 1.2 and so on,
When you find the right size, then buy a jet in that size.

I have a 52 plate suzuki DRZ 400 SM and sometimes

Get yourself some " Contact cleaner" aerosol to clean the contacts in your ignition barrel. Access should be fairly easy if you remove the headlight and fairing.
Sounds like you have been in mud or dust, contamination has most likely got into the switch.
Check and clean the kill switch on the handlebars while you are at it.
Happy Trails!

My 07 DRZ 400SM backfires when I let off the throttle.

You have an air to fuel ratio screw on the carb that may help. Is the exhaust factory or after market? Google the service manual on it and find where you can adjust the fuel air ratio, not hard to do.
