First bleed the MC, Remove the brake hose - block the outlet of the MC with your finger - pump the lever and crack you finger loose for an instant to bleed the air out - repeat til only fluid comes out. Quickly install the brake hose. Bleed the brakes by cracking loose the brake hose bolt. Bleed at the caliper bolt. Bleed as normal with the bleeder valve.

Need help on the letter

WR stands for wide range if I remember in 1989 there was the YZ250 and the WR250 both two strokes.
The WR was the enduro model with a wide range gear box. low first gear and overdrive in top
The WR four strokes started around 1998, but Im not sure if the gearbox are much different to the YZF.
In australia there is a compliance plate on the headstem with model ID.

How much to register 2001 yamaha wr 426?

What state are you in? I live in California and have two Yamaha 426 bikes. One is dirt only costs $60 to register Green sticker for two years and the other is street legal and it's registration fees are based on its value and renews every year
