I would put 2 coats of zinnser primmer over offending areas and then repaint to match.

When on iron iron get heated up the tank also heated up but water is not being sucked my machine from water compartment no voice or sound is heard to pump in water to make steam

First make sure all the filters on all faucets (kitchen, bathrooms and even the dish washer and washer) are clean and not clogged, sometimes on areas with hard water you will experience sand and minerals to accumulate and clogged all filters. If all filter are clean with no minerals, then your problem could be the culligan filter, ask your sales rep to perform an inspection for minerals on all ending lines.

Distilled water will result in less maintenance problems--
But you will go thru a lot of it in the winter months!
Some people can't afford the cost of distilled water--
But you will pay more in maintenance if you use tap water, and If your water is real "HARD"!

IF you use tap water, and IF you do not have a water softener in your house, and IF your water is pretty 'HARD'-- you will leave behind all the minerals in the water, and they will coat all the evaporating surfaces with the minerals left behind, by the process of evaporation.

-- You may have some clues to how 'hard' your water is, by how much soap it takes to get a lather in the shower-- or i your hair-- Or by the amount of scale left in your tea pot.
It will be much more noticeable in your humidifier, because gallons of water will be evaporated-- and your heated home air will absorb it, like you were in the dessert!

It is possible that the battery is defective. The battery might not be holding a charge anymore. If the battery is not maintenence free then you could pull the caps and check the water level in the battey. Make sure the water level is full and use distilled water to fill it. As far as the car not starting it could just be because the battery is not holding a charge anymore but you could also verify that none of the fuses were blown from connecting the charger to the battery.

Tip: Check the fluid levels on each chamber. If any chamber is low, carefully top it up. Use only distilled or deionized water, NOT tap water. Tap water has minerals in it that will not do the battery any good.
The humble battery is a very common cause for motorcycle breakdowns! Unfortunately they are awkward to get to and therefore do not get checked as often as they should.
A battery only requires a little monthly maintenance to perform perfectly. Keep the battery charged to 100%, recharging when the lights dim, the starter sounds weak, or the battery hasn't been used in more than two weeks. Other than that, follow this simple check list every month:
- Check the electrolyte level
- Top up only with distilled or deionized water, wear gloves and protective glasses. Top up in a well ventilated area, Beware of fumes.
- Keep the top free of grime
- Check cables, clamps, and case for obvious damage or loose connections
- Clean terminals and connectors as necessary
- Check inside for excessive sediment, sulfation or mossing
- Make sure the exhaust tube is free of kinks and clogs
- Replace caps firmly
- Finish up by testing the battery with either a hydrometer or voltmeter. To extend the service life of your battery, make monthly battery maintenance part of your routine.

Store your bike in a place that is always warmer than 32 degrees. If your bike is outside remove the battery from your bike and store it in a location that is always warmer than 32 degrees. This will insure that your battery does not freeze and crack.

If you remove the battery from your bike DO NOT store it on a concrete or metal surface, place the battery on a wood or other non-conductive surface. Batteries stored on concrete or metal will discharge over time.

Place a charger on your battery. Trickle charge your battery at least once a month. A battery that is fully charged will have a longer life and is less likely to freeze during cold winter weather.
