Turn signals lamps are on in varying brightness but do not blink. Front signals do not stay on. Not original turn signal assemblies and the wiring diagram indicates that there should be resistors in-line and three wires coming out of the assembly. Fuses good and no change in speed or vibration. Check the earthing of the left hand side blinkers first both front and rear, since the right hand side is functioning we can rule out tht the flasher unit is ok.
Not bad too to check the bulbs of the left side blinkers if they are of the required voltage and watts both front and rear.
Hope this helps!
SOURCE: need wire diagram for the turn signal switch.
your wires are crossed/shorting somewhere, probably in the headlight. remove the light to get to all the wires. you should be able to see which colors go to which side, also look at the wires coming from the turn signals both front and rear lefts will be same color and the rights will be another color. you should be able to tell by looking inside the switch which side is which color and which one is the feed to the switch

use a light pen that you can get from auto parts store to find the hot wires for l and r sides

sorry.. i don't know off the top of my head but super simple way to check.. get an electrical tester that pierces the wire and turns on a light.. ($5 at walmart--seriously) turn on left signal, check the wires.. the one that is flashing is your left signal... so on and so forth..
(this tool will be super handy in the future also)
