When i get between 3000 and 4000 when driving the car loses power and seems to misfire
If you mean in neural it misses this is normal. It has a rev limiter to save the engine. You are bouncing it off the chip at 4000 rpm.

my focus seems to have the same problem but when i drive it ,it holds back at 4000revs and i can rev past 4000revs in nautral, i was told it was mass air flow meter , so i changed that but problem still there. if you sort yours out can you let us know and ill do the same
