Possible leaks are 1. Transmission belly Pan gasket 2. Front pump/torque converter seal. 3. Transmission fluid cooler lines 4. Axle seals at right and left half shafts.

Your transmission fluid runs to your cooling system to cool the transmission oil. So, in answer to your question, one of the two transmission lines (one in, bottom and one out, top) could be leaking from the cooling system.

Bring your vehicle in for a cooling system pressure check. Another thing to keep in mind when inspecting leaks is that where you see the leak may not necessarily be where the leak is from. While the leak will drip down, the wind from when you're driving will splatter the leak all over the under-carriage of your vehicle making it look like leaks are happening where they in fact, are not.

CHECK UNDER VECHICLE IF TRANSMISSION FLUID UNDER TRANSMISSION MORE LIKELY PAN GASKET LEAKING FLUID.IF FLUID HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED THE PAN GASKET GET HARD LEAKS FLUID.THATS IF YOU HAVE SLOW LEAK.IF YOU LOSING LOTS OF TRANSMISSION FLUID ITS .LEAKING AT TORQUE CONVERTER SHAFT SEAL.LEAKING AT COOLER LINES.CHECK COOLER LINES FROM RADIATOR TO UNDER CAR WHERE COOLER LINES GOES TO TRANSMISSION. AND CHECK LEAKS AT FRONT DRIVE SHAFT AXLES SEALS

TRANSMISSION LEAKS COME FROM TRANSMISSION OIL PAN GASKET LEAKING.OIL COOLERS LINES LEAKING.LEAKING AT TORQUE CONVERTER FRONT SEAL.TRANSMISSION SPEED SENSOR SEAL LEAKING.FRONT AXLE SEALS LEAKING AND LEAKING AT TRANSMISSION COOLING LINES TO RADIATOR.CHECK ALL YOU WILL FIND LEAK.IF YOU HAVE FAST LEAK OR PRESSURE LEAK.WITH CAR RUNNING IN PARK EMERGENCY BRAKE APPLIED LOOK UNDER CAR IF YOU SEE FLUID LEAKING OUT IN LARGE QUANITIES.COOLER LINES LEAKING OR TORQUE CONVERTER FRONT SEAL LEAKING.IF YOU HAVE SLOW LEAK THE LEAKS HAS TO BE AXLES SEALS OR PAN GASKET LEAKING OR VSS SENSOR SEAL LEAKING.

TRANSMISSION THERMOSTAT INSIDE TRANSMISSION ON VALVE BODY YOU HAVE A PRESSURE LEAK CHECK TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINES FITTING TO RADIATOR FOR LEAKS LOOK UNDER CAR WHILE IT RUNNING LOOK FOR FLUID LEAKS. YOU COULD A LEAKING TORQUE CONVERTER SEAL.

All depends on where it's leaking from. If it's leaking from the transmission pan, then it's going to be a bad transmission pan gasket. If it's leaking from the transmission cooler line or connections from the transmission to the radiator, replace the line or the connections or just the O-rings in the connections. If it's leaking from the transmission housing where the engine and transmission mates, then it may be the from pump or Torque Converter. The leak could be coming from the CV joint inner shaft where it connects to the transmission. Good luck and keep am eye on your transmission oil level, low transmission fluid will cause transmission failure.

If you have never serviced the transmission, it just may be time to have the transmission fluid and filter to be replaced if the transmission fluid is leaking from the transmission pan. If it's leaking from the rear of the transmission where the drive shaft goes in to, then it's the rear seal from the transfer case and the seal needs to be replaced and the transfer case topped off with fluid. If the fluid is leaking from the front of the transmission where the engine connects to the transmission than it's a good chance that it's the torque converter or front pump main seal. The other place that it could be leaking from is the transmission oil lines from the transmission to the cool at the radiator.
