Radio has no audio. Display and changer works fine.

Sounds like either a wiring issue at the output on the radio, or the audio circuits in the radio have failed. Start with trying to secure the output wires to the radio, if all tight then afraid it is internal.

I have the code for my Ford 7000RDS, but I cannot install it, because the display shows "locked 13".
Can anyone help me please ?

I finally found the manual for the indash unit and utilized the reset, which fixed the changer connected to it.

It sound like the bulbs have gone, any car audio repair center will be able to replace these.

reset the computer by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes.

If that doesnt work you will have to take it for repair. the dealer is very expensive on this, my experience is it is cheaper to take it to a audio specialist who is cheaper and will do a better job.

u probably have a stock radio.

model cdr 2005 radio/cd player works fine except there is no display above where the radio station/cd track number is supposed to be displayed. I have time and temperature as normal

With radio off I pressed the CD button and CD came on with no error code and works fine.

plays and changes song fine just no sound

turn radio off, and press the "audio" botton until clock is displayed. then click it again shortly till you see "FM 100" on the display, press > (side arrow, now it should switch to "FM 50". long press on the "audio" to save and exit. afterwards it should work fine.
