the pump must stay on running engine, or cranking,
if not we do tests to find it , using a voltmeter.

Cylinder head torque spec 2009 GSXR 750
this has to be done with a torque gauge, you tighten the head bolts to a specific torque, then a bit more not sure of what then you use a gauge and turn the wrench quarter of a turn I think but this is just to let you know you need a torque gauge, not a wrench although you need one of them as well. JUST PHONE A DEALER MATE usually helpful.
2010 GSXR 750 change exhaust headers, put in dyno and auto tuner but i notice when start petrol flying out of exhaust and one of the header pipes are cold checked all connections and are fine It start

1
Remove the rider's seat, using an Allen socket to unscrew
the pair of bolts that secure the rear of the seat to the frame. Lift
the rear of the seat upward then pull the seat toward the rear of the
motorcycle to disengage it from the frame's catch tabs.
-
2
Remove the pair of bolts that secure the front of the gas
tank to the frame. Lift the fuel tank upward on the pivot at the base of
the tank. Support the fuel tank against the frame using the tank's
support rod.
-
3
Remove the air box. Pull the three air hoses from the air
box. Loosen the clamps on the air box's rubber boots with a screwdriver,
and pull the air box out of the motorcycle.
-
4
Pull the four coil packs out of the motor's cylinders. Clear
any dirt and debris that has accumulated on top of the cylinders with
compressed air, directing the air into the spark plug holes that the
coil packs were installed in. Remove the spark plugs using a spark plug
socket attached to a socket extension.
-
5
Install new, properly gapped spark plugs into the motor with
a spark plug socket. Tighten the socket until it is seated firmly
against the motor. Reinstall the coil packs onto the spark plugs.
-
6
Reinstall the air box, tightening the clamps on the rubber
boots to secure the air box to the throttle bodies. Reconnect the trio
of air hoses to the air box.

Remove the tank support rod and lower the fuel tank onto the
frame. Insert and tighten the fuel tank bolts with an Allen socket.
Reinstall the seat, firmly tightening the mounting bolts with an Allen
socket.

Sounds like the starter motor has engaged and then stuck out. Either take the starter motor off to make sure it is fine and then reassemble. Or if your feeling brave, I'd try putting it in gear and then push the bike forward/backwards to see if the starter motor returns to it's original position. Then retry to start it with the electric start switch.
Good luck
Hi i have a suzuki
sounds like a shorted wire. ever pop a fuse? my bike was doing that and it was wires in headlamp housing
Wondering if you might have
Start by checking the starter button. It is a two function switch. It turns the headlight off and activates the solenoid. Try cleaning it , some disassembly may be required. If it is broken you may have to change the right switch assembly to fix the problem. If the button is good I would next start checking the wire connections for the handle bar switches , Normally located in the head light bucket or behind the headlight the problem could be as simple as a loose power wire.
1986 Suzuki VS 700 Intruder will not start
If your 1986 Suzuki Intruder VS 700 is turning over but not starting, and you've already replaced the spark plugs and battery, there are a few other areas you can check to troubleshoot the issue:
1. **Fuel System**: Ensure that the fuel system is functioning correctly. Check the fuel tank to make sure it has an adequate amount of fuel. If the motorcycle has been sitting for an extended period, old fuel could be a problem. Consider draining the old fuel and replacing it with fresh gasoline. Additionally, check the fuel filter and fuel lines for any blockages.
2. **Ignition System**: While you've replaced the spark plugs, there could still be issues with the ignition system. Check the ignition coils and wires to ensure they are properly connected and functioning. You may also want to inspect the ignition timing to ensure it is set correctly.
3. **Air Intake**: Make sure the air intake system is clear of any obstructions. Check the air filter to see if it's dirty or clogged. A dirty air filter can restrict airflow to the engine, leading to starting issues.
4. **Compression**: Insufficient compression can also prevent the engine from starting. Perform a compression test to check the condition of the cylinders. Low compression could indicate issues with the piston rings or valves.
5. **Electrical System**: Check the electrical connections, including the spark plug wires, battery terminals, and ground connections. Ensure they are clean and secure. Weak or corroded connections can lead to starting problems.
6. **Carburetors**: If your motorcycle is equipped with carburetors, they may need to be cleaned and adjusted. Dirty or clogged carburetors can cause starting and running issues. Consider cleaning and synchronizing the carburetors to ensure proper fuel delivery.
7. **Engine Kill Switch**: Sometimes, simple things like forgetting to switch the engine kill switch to the "on" position can prevent the motorcycle from starting. Double-check that the kill switch is in the correct position.
If you've checked these areas and are still experiencing starting issues, it may be best to consult a professional mechanic or Suzuki dealership for further diagnosis and repair. They can use diagnostic tools and expertise to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem.
Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600
Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?
What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap?
Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.
