I'm looking for instructions on how to thread a serger. It's a Toyota model about 12-14 years old. The guide is on the machine and much to small for me to see it. Is there an instruction manual out there to guide me through the process? Jan Carlson e-mail [email protected]
I found the manual and on line threading guides for my Toyota on the Aisin French site.
Here's a copy of the manual.

Their online guide for threading a serger is only available in French, but it does have good coloured diagrams that you can enlarge.

starting?
pull the choke out fully, start the engine, push choke into halfway if it will still run, let it warm for a min or 2. ride it, it may need choke still for about a mile. but thats trial and error, try pushing it in, you will find out right away if the bike still wants it.
