If it is leaking oil out a tube , they may have overfilled it. I'd be checking the oil level first. If it is petrol leaking, the float in the carby might be set wrong, or needle and seat might be stuck, or worn out. It depends what is leaking, but flooding carburetor (petrol) will usually come out a small tube, check the float height, adjustment. Sometimes a small bit of dirt can jam the needle open, causing flooding. Good luck

I wouldn't. You only need to use motorcycle oil for a wet clutch. No other additives are needed. Change your oil every 3k miles or once a season. Do not use regular car oil as most of them have additives (friction modifiers) that will make a wet clutch slip when you don't it too.
