hi there, I gathering now when the batteries connected correctly you get no power once the ignition is switch on yes? if that's the case then you've blown the 30amp main fuse which can be found by following the live wire (red one) from the battery to the starter relay. Change the fuse, all will be well again.

i can get them but if it has an immobiliser on it the new keys will need a code to be put onto the chip inside them to work.you should have a code card that came with the bike from new ?its white and blue.

there should be a lever on one side or the other of the seat that will open it

it sounds like the fuel pump is lazy i would replace it ,i take it that it runs fine when going downhill.

Nice description of your trouble. Guess that you are not too mechanically inclined, (neither me, btw) so if your Piaggio is making "pop po po" take it to a mechanical service.

dealer can order you new key from serial number

it is spelt BRAKE first check to see if brake fluid is at right level
