You more than likley have an exhaust leak in your header or pipe first check the mounts or springs were it attaches to motor

I assume this bike is water cooled, problem sounds like either

Blocked hoses(Air)
Water Pump Faulty
Blocked Radiator Marix

your problem is in the bikes brain it has a chip in side it that only allows it to go a certian amount of speed send it it to have it rebuilt but make sure battrey is unhooked when you go to remove brain

there should only 2 lines from the fuel tap, one for fuel, and the other for vacume, the smaller diameter hose is the vacume, and the larger hose is fuel. fuel hose will go to carby, and the vacume hose to the carby inlet manifold.

you have a bad ignition switch only thing that turns battery power on to rest of bike the way to check is to unplug the ignition an leave it un plugged an see if battery still drains there should be nothing hot but the main wires to ignition unless you have bag lights or radio hope that helps you to keep riding

It is under the seat ... which must be removed to gain access. Look for the bolts that hold the seat to the motorcycle ... at the rear or rear side of the seat.

Make sure the fuel is getting to the valve and passing through it. Possible blockage in fuel line or in the tank.

It isn't called a Magneto, that was for really old bikes. It is a 'stator'. First make sure that the new battery has been fully charged and is not defective. Next make sure that the proper voltage is reaching the started. You may have a bad post connection or loose connection at the starter. Try jumping you battery with another known good battery.
