How to reset tilt sensor
Tilt sensors are usually a mercury liquid, or a ball and cage , and not really be reset, they can be adjusted by rotation or physically moving the unit itself.
Reset a tilt sensor
Most tilt sensors reset when the bike come back upright or when the ignition is powered on and off.
Engine wont turn over
You'll need to charge the battery for several hours then take it to O'reilley auto or autozone. they'll test it to tell you if its good. A volt meter is not always a reliable test. Second test (or first if you'd like) take off the ignition cover and put a wrench on the crank bolt to see if the engine spins. If these both test good, then you move to the fuse box
How do i take the slack out of my clutch cable
Turn clockwise the tensioner on your left lever all the way in.Loosen up the 2 nuts on the clutch cable's bottom end.Pull the **** (not especially hard though) and tight the nuts back.Then go to your lever's tensioner bolt and adjust the cable so that the lever's end (ball) should move 2-3cm before the cable stretches (freeplay 20-30mm)
Mounting rear foot pegs and brackets
You will need to remove the riders seat to complete this task, the seat is secured by 2 x 5mm alun key bolts, one in each corner of the seat, gently lift up corners and undo the seat, once removed the footrest brackets can be replaced
Batter keep going dead
Check you charging system, with a volt meter is should show between 13.5-14-5vdc at the battery with the engine at 2000 RPM. Test your battery for load capacity and dead or weak cells...1 dead cell will drain the others. Hope this helps.
Bike set for about a
sound like a stuck injector, can you swap the injector into another cylnder
also check the valve clearances, perhaps a valve is stuck open

hi although it is a bit tight for space the least parts removed the better, with the middle fiarings removed you should see the top of the cylinder heads, remove each cap 1 at a time and replace the plugs using the spannner in the bikes tool kit, if this way proves to difficult you will have to prop up the fuel tank, remove airbox and get at the plugs this way,paul

error 46 is charging system not working normal, google error code 46 seems to be common on this bike

YES YOU CAN SEPERATE THE FAIRING BRACKET FROM THE FAIRING REMOVE THE HEADLIGHTS AND ALL OTHER FIXINGS , SOME RACE FAIRINGS OR AFTERMARKET FAIRINGS HAVE MARKINGS OF THE HOLE LOCATIONS FOR THE ORIGINAL BRACKET, WHICH MAY REQUIRE DRILLING OUT OBVIOUSLY YOU WONT BE REPLACING THE MIRRORS BUT THE FAIRING WILL STILL NEED FIXING AT THIS POINT

Find a manual for it. Sometimes the starter solenoid is not attached to the starter on motorcycles. If it is located under the seat, there's your problem.
