Anything over 100 to 110 psi should run. Anything from 120 to150 psi should be considered good . Remember the higher the PSI the higher the octane needed to run the machine. If you ride in the mountains, high octane can be hard to find.

Turn the throttle screw and air screw inward until they LIGHTLY seat. Now open each of them one and one half turns. This is the factory setting. Now set the desired idle speed and then adjust the air screw for the fastest idle speed at the current throttle screw setting. If now too fast, reset the throttle and then reset the air screw to match.

It's not mixed. Just use regular 91 octane gas.

I would suggest you replace the bulb as the filiment on the highbeam is separating

You should not resleeve the rotor because it is the balance weight of the crankshaft.Buy the OEM part from a dealer.
