Where gas lines go

Normal setup is as follows...The 3 spots on the carb are not all for fuel...the centre one is...the others are vents and are usually fitted with a short hose just to keep water out. T he fuel line goes to the bigger of the tap fittings. The fitting on the necks are usually capped off apart from the one on number 2 which connects to the smaller tap fitting to provide a vacuum to the diaphram, allowing fuel to flow.

I have a 1989 Yamaha radian 600. Do they have oil

It may have a crankcase breather hose/port around the back end of the engine which allow the lower engine to breath. If the engine has been over filled with oil/the breather hose lose/broke, or has excessive blowby (bad rings), the engine will push oil out. Most 4 stroke motorcycles are not designed to stay with the front end in the air for long periods of time or the engine will run short of lubrication and eventually fail. If you want to keep the front wheel up the engine will have to be modified so that it can lubricate while the front wheel is up otherwise it will cause damage!

I cleaned the carbs it

Sounds like you need to check the needle and seat for dirt etc. or one of your floats may be sticking. A simple way to check is to connect the fuel pipe to carbs upside down with float bowl off and you will see if it is leaking or not. If that is ok then make sure that the floats are not sticking or holed. Test again by inverting the carbs again with no fuel in them and you should not be able to blow into the chamber until you turn the carbs to normal position. Hope that helps.

My yamaha radian i am not able to put on the road.

You could remove the ignition switch, take it along to your locksmiths and get him to make you a key, you will need a key for the petrol tank cap, you could buy a used ignition barrel with a key, and swap the top of the switch over with yours most yamahas use the same base, you will still be left with the tank key issue, be carefull hotwireing as more than 1wire is joined you may cause some damage, if you are that desperate to get it going, remove the barrel undo the screws securing the lock to the switch, and simply turn the switch with a screwdriver, you can then replace the lock when you get a key for it
