I require a Repair Manual
You will need a Clymer or Haynes and will need to look on ebay for it, there hard to come by otherwise. There is one on Ebay now for 7.99 GBP.
What is the torque settings
Be more specific, they are not the same for all of them. What model? 10 NM or 7.37 ft.lbs. is a number Yamaha uses often but I would like to be more specific.

The torque applied on the bolt depends entirely on the size of the bolt and the material of the block in which is threaded - here you can find a general diagram

If the cylinder block is from a very soft aluminium you should reduce them by 25%

all you need on a 2 stroke engine is the oil mixed with the fuel. the oil/fuel mixture lubricates your bottom end and your cylinder which is all that moves in a 2-stroke. if it is oil injected then use a 2 stroke oil rated for 50:1 mix. if you gotta mix it manually then just read the jug. hope that answers your question

Hey - sorry to hear you lost or at least don't currently have 5th gear.
Here is a pic of what you have internally.
the gears are either stripped or something came loose. Try to get to the point [ opening it up] without tearing it completely down and see if something looks amiss. One other trick is to remove the gearshift and put on a pair of lock pliers -- with the wheel suspended - preferably on a kick stand - - start in neutral and go through the gears - someone may have just have it mal adjusted.
