The drain plug is under the left hand foot peg. The filter is located behind the exhaust headers. Remove them and you will see the filter housing at the base of the engine. Refill on the right hand side and your sight glass is under the filler/dipstick (both use the same hole). Remember to only check the oil level when the bike is upright (not standing on its stand)Hope that is not too vague

Hi im having trouble finding

Depending on what parts you need, KLSupply.com was a good source of parts such as electrical, gaskets, seals, carburator parts and such.

Around here second hand parts always seemed hard to come by. And what you could find these people thought their used parts were worth their weight in gold. The japanese change their bikes too often so some parts are harder to come by.

XJs are cold blooded bikes. Starter fluid usually works. But you may want to check the enrichment circuits on your carburetors. They can get clogged and cause harder-than-usual starting.

Hi how do you tuneup a yamaha fzr250 2kr, thank

Your bike has electronic ignition. There is nothing to set or reset on the timing. Change the spark plugs, adjust the valve lash, change engine oil and filter, clean or replace the air filter, lube and adjust the chain and cables, inspect the sprockets and wheels, add water to the battery if needed, wash the bike. That's pretty much everything the dealer does.

Wont start

Basically there are these two issues tht would make the bike wont start..1 is tht if there is no fuel going into the combustion chamber and 2 if there is no sparks at the plugs.
Guess you will haveto check for both of these.
Good luck.
