2003 Polaris Victory V92 Deluxe Motorcycle. It only runs on the rear cylinder.

Frequent stalling if not let

That is possible but most likely there is a sensor not connected and the ECU thinks the engine is hot making the mixture very lean and cutting the engine when it cools down slightly.
Why didn't the Victory dealer put it on his ECU checker and engine diagnostics programme?

Try replacing the fuel filter and check the exhaust pipe for carbon buildup.

The clicking sound should mean that the relay is doing it's thing properly.A car does the same thing when the battery is dead.How old is your battery?Are your lights dimmer?The average life of an alkaline battery is 6 years.I used to repair my own bikes too,just forgot to put it in my profile.Please let me know how the lights look.Do you have a way to measure voltage?Please let me know that too.Good luck and ride on!

My 07 harley road king stalls on me each time I

Girlfriend had this problem on her 03 anniversary edition.Sorry to say ...it was the ECU (computer) which malfunctioned due to arcing of the positive battery terminal.Tried everything from speed sensor to fuel line problems but alas it was the big ticket ECU . Bike runs better than new now for the low price of around 500 bucks plus installation.

Get a new spring back on. When you hit a bump it is activating the switch.

Hello I have a 2003 v92 cruiser,always ran perfect

**** in the tank may be a problem.Tanks can collect a lot of it.If you ran on reserve it may have dragged a bit through.Check for water and for dirt in the filters and fuel lines.The may also be a filter in the outlet of the fuel tank.Hope this helps

I have an 06 1200 sportster.Carborated.When it gets up to temp of

800 rpm is to low for a sportster , it will cause oiling problems. (lack of). 975rpm @ 1175 are the ideal settings.also look for manifold air leak. spray wd 40 around all inlet manifold connection areas, if engine hesitates you may have a leak.

Sounds like a short circuit in your speed-o-meter electrics, trace it with an ohmmeter

The correct tire pressure for your front and rear wheel should be displayed somewhere inside the bikes manual, if not it might be displayed on the wall of the tire.

How to choose the right spark plug

only a handful will work with the motorcycle engine you own. Also different brands (NGK, Bosch, DENSO, Champion, Esc) will work better on different types of engines. As a general rule of thumb, use the sparkplug your manufacturer recommends for your motorcycle (same brand and part number). Unfortunately some spark plugs are very specific to a type of engine and make only for that engine such as the NGK ME8 for $34 per sparkplug, compared to the normal price of $3 per sparkplug.
