you have a kinker in fuel line

Highly recommend Victory brand Semi-Synthetic 20W-40 motor oil. Equivalent oils are allowed, but for the price difference, I take comfort in knowing that if something oil related fails, Victory will be much more inclined to participate in any repair if their oil is in the crankcase. FWIW.

Put some fuel in the fuel tank.?

really can't without at least lifting tank a few inches to get the plugs out of the deep cyclinders

could be fuel supply, or short on plug wire cables also check loose contacts around battery

run some seafoam in the fuel and see if that fixs the problem it sounds as if the carbs are dirty from the ethenol in gas

clutch packed up mate or the final drive.

Did you remove the starter when you did this job?

sounds like you have a bad connection on you're battery or on a ground wire some where on make sure the ground wire on the motor is tight

Sounds like fuel shortage - check you have gas in the right places after you put the tank back.

its a charging problem thats for sure ,but i havent worked on one too know if its a seperate regulator or not or if the alternator is all one complete unit

Check the plug on the lower left frame. It's mounted in such a way the it can get water down in the connection after washing.

It could have condensation built-up, You might want to unplug and spray with WD 40.

Common problem with the vics.Is it breaking at the clutch lever(hand) . You should check for any sharp edge that is contacting the cable when operated. the barrel on the cable should move freely in the clutch lever. Any binding will cause the cable to bend instead of turn and fail prematurely. Sand or file to remove any sharp edge and or allow the barrel to rotate. Keep well lubricated with grease.

when you dont have enough of the same oil you do not want to use the different oil to top off.. you should drain that oil and use fresh oil.. and any motorcycle grade oil will work.. use motorcycle oil not car oil they are different,

they are a very small light globe, easy available at auto parts store. also check your fuses, it is very unusal for them to all go out at the same time, as there are 2 or more light bulbs in there

there is a starter relay box attached to the battery frame on the left side of the bike. Make sure the connections are solid otherwise your battery may be fully charged and your lights will be on but you wont transfer the power from your battery to your starter.

you dont need to remjove the seat. the battery cover has 2 pins on top that lift out of holes and a clip on the bottom. just lift the battery cover up 1/2" and pull away from the bike.

Ignition Key unlatches the seat through a lock on the left side rear fender just below the seat.
