Have you first tried to adjust the valve clearance? It could be just the valve clearance are out of specs ...(lose) and thus the noise.
Check the valve clearance first.
Hope this helps!
Rear tyre upsizing
Yes you can go to a 100/90/18 on the rear, if you are sure it wont rub on anything. This will not create any problems with stability, in fact may improve the handling of your bike. Will not affect the life of the chain.
My bike tappets are sounding a lot, till my bike
So why not just get a set of feeler gages and reset the valve clearances? Getting a new cam is not going to change the need to set the valve clearances. Unless a lack of oil has caused the cam and rockers to self distruct, these parts normally last the life of the bike.
Can I get a “very helpful” rating on this answer?
Oil leaking from engin
thats your Engine head that they replaced, but i don't think if it was required too early. May be the crank-piston conneecting rod was displaced but that also hampers piston n rings.
Anyway the oil leakage is a very usual problem. May be your oil seals are damaged and need to be replaced.
Hope this helps you out.. :)
Chain touching the swing arm
Hi ..... Welcome to the 'custom' world ! As you've discovered changing one thing leads to another. The chain angle has changed due to the shock length. You could try going to a breakers and buy another chain guide rubber ? More involved solutions could be to off set gear box sprocket, intermediate chain tensioner pully, go back to stansard shocks (which is main problem) and widen rear mudhuard/fender (which as you can weld isn't a big issue) or make up a 'tunnel' out of a round or square section of nylon and allow the chain to run through it. Let us know how you get on.

How to choose the right spark plug
only a handful will work with the motorcycle engine you own. Also different brands (NGK, Bosch, DENSO, Champion, Esc) will work better on different types of engines.
As a general rule of thumb, use the sparkplug your manufacturer recommends for your motorcycle (same brand and part number). Unfortunately some spark plugs are very specific to a type of engine and make only for that engine such as the NGK ME8 for $34 per sparkplug, compared to the normal price of $3 per sparkplug.
Race tires
i wont recomand a use race only tires on public roads. Race tires are constructed in such a way that they are very unstable under normal street riding conditions. These tires also require higher operating temperatures for proper performance. These temperatures cannot be obtained within legal speed limits
