How do I access the battery and remove the seat?

The rocket 3 seat is removed using the ignition key...on rh side somewhere near the seat. After this you then lift out the tool kit and you will then see the battery.

I had a new tire put on the rear now i have a

If it has only started doing it with that tyre, then it is possible that that tyre is not compatible with your bike. Sounds silly, I know. But bikes are strange animals, and some tyres will create speed wobbles and vibrations and when you change them over to another brand it all goes away. Take it back to the people who fitted the tyre and have them check it out. If they find nothing ask them to fit another brand of tyre to see it that cures the problem.

IN temps over 100 degrees

Best to change out the coolant, try not to use different coolants together. They often do not like each other.
Get one that is good for an alloy engine and glycol based. Also keep away from the green stuff, it is usually crud.

Clicking sound from rear wheel

If shaft drive, check that the bolts are tight on driveshaft housing and also look for oil leak there.
Check/ Change rear gear oil. Tighten loose bolts

If chain driven, check/ adjust chain tension, a loose chain will make noise.
if chain is dirty it will make noise.

Other than that the only thing i can think of is you have a nail in your tire and your hearing it hit the road everytime it goes around

Rocket 3 wont start. dials dead

Lift the tank. Underneath it you'll find a plastic connector block joining loads of wires together. Turn the ignition on and push this connector block together, or twist it around a bit. If the ignition sequence starts, it'll be because the wires in the connector block are corroded. Moving the block sometimes makes a temporary fix, but ultimately it'll happen again until the block or the wiring harness ideally, is replaced.

How do you get to the spark plugs to change them?

From what I saw looking up this vehicle. There is a Silver panel or cover on the left side of the engine above the air intake that you will have to remove and that will most likely give you access to release the tank to either swing it to the right side of the bike of lift it off. This is an in line 3 cylinder according to the specs and most likely has the plugs accessed from the top under the tank.

A clunck noise changing gear

Hi
This does sound like a gearbox problem, either where the cogs lock together (the dogs go into recesses) or the shift forks themselves
The dogs do wear after high mileage which can make them slip out of gear
Ive never heard of a gearbox smoothing out over such low mileage, but I suppose it is just possible
You could get the gearbox 'blueprinted' (i.e. to manufacturers exact specifications) but this will cost a bomb !
Your best bet is to complain again & at least get a ride on another rocket3, or get it sorted under warranty

Ride safe

Sometimes have problems selecting first gear, does

Is the first bike?
When you try to select from the second to first, if doesn' working, just easy release the clutch while trying to select first gear. Do not release completly. Just a little bit, and it will work.
At some bikes you could select easier, at anothers...harder, and so on...but this solution is universal available for bikes. If this work, is not faulty.
Cheers.

The Rev counter is not

Were you able to start the engine? If the counter and indicator lights are not working, try to change the fuse or the starter. Check also for loose wiring.
