Fail to start
I think I would change the petrol in the tank as it may have become a bit stale. Also I would replace the battery.Make certain the replacement battery in fully charged before you try again.

Check the connections on the ignition system maybe they got loose also check the fuse box to see that all the fuses are in place. Looks like it's only a loose contact you have there, it's no daunting task to fix it. ;-)
Engine management light stays on
usualy when light comes on it has to go through so many warm up cycles to erase if battery is charging and you passes a load test you can erase code but you need obd tester you can get from autozone 70-80bucks plugs in under seat cable is on passenger side good thing about taster is it will read all erors tell you exactly what going on
Triumph TT600 stalls during deceleration
under your air box on left side is kind of a round canister pretty small called stepper motor has 4 vacuum lines one from each carb annd 3/8 hose that runs up to air box usually 3/8 hose comes loose or falls off has to have good seal you can tell if its working look in from left side of bike through fairing when idling should see four vacuum lines pulsing if not check 3/8 hose and vacuum lines if all are intacked its probably the stepper motor they are two peice has teflon piston inside if bike ever went down oil goes int airbox down 3/8 hose into it and gumms it up run about $50
Tt600 performance parts?
There are no mass-produced engine parts for the 600/650cc, so you'd be looking at custom built parts. There are ecm programs (e.g. power commander and tuneboy) that will help with power as will aftermarket mufflers.
