Why does my suzuki bandit 1200 cuts out after a traveling a short distance but engine starts straightening away after cutting out

Not sure why it's cutting out. A good thing to try if you haven't already is to put an bottle of seafoam in it then fill it with Super gas. I always ran super in mine, an added a bottle of octane boost to when I wanted to pep it up . 98 Bandit stage 2 Holesot jet kit, 2 degree timing advance. Slip On Performance exhaust.

My bike has travelled 27000klms should the fork

The only time you need to change the fork oil is if the seals are bad and it's been leaking. Or you take them apart for some reason.

I am getting electric shocks from my motorcytcle

Yes, this can happen. You need to check your HT leads and caps for damage (the lead that fits onto each spark plug).
A good way of checking is to run the bike at night and look for small blue arcing. Often the problem is more noticable if you ride in the rain or have been a little enthusiastic when cleaning the bike.
Hope this helps.

Should I be getting a reading, of 12.78 DC Current

those readings sound fairly good for the battery and (when running) the charging system but im surprised if youre getting shocks from those dc voltages. check ht leads from coils for possible current conduction which may be causing the problem you have. also check all earth connections and consider fitting ground earthing strap similar to those used on cars

your gonna want to remove the air filter, and spray into airbox. Peak inside first, look for the little hole that goes thru to the carb, aim for that location. And be quick with everything, starting fluid evaporates fast

Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600

Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?

What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap? Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.

I own a 2009 Suzuki Boulevard. Problem is the motor is jammed. It turns but only half a turn before it hits something solid inside. what are the possibilities it could be that is causing the problem

A broken timing chain is the most likely cause, the piston is hitting an open valve, or you have a dropped valve or a stuck valve. Another possibility is something jamming behind behind the side covers. The key would be how you discovered this? Driving along at 105 and the engine stopped, or ???https://www.google.com/search?q=2009+suzuki+boulevard+timing+chain+or+timing+belt....
