'Suzuki 250 two stroke', is a make, engine capacity, engine type, as opposed to being a model like TS250, so it all a bit of a guess. A click is usually the starter solenoid. If not enough voltage from the battery, the starter can't turn over the engine. Is there no crank to manually start it? Do the headlights glow brightly? That could work as a test to see if the battery is up to start the machine.. The starter could be bad, there could be a loose wire from the battery to the starter, or to ground. Good luck
