Hi, One thing you can do is put an off switch on the battery to stop the leak. What did you have done lately on the bike? ( new ignition switch or ??). Keep looking for all Grounds.

Check the wiring for a dead short after the fuse. check for pinched wires or burnt wires or wires rubbed through and touching the frame.

i have a 2004 suzuki and only run motul 5100 10w40. 36,000 miles and still on my factory clutch only using this oil.

Check the battery it may need to be replaced or charged.

There should be a main fuse under the seat. If that's not it, check your battery connection.

on the right side of the bike remove the bolts round housing inside is your ignition plate change the plate it is responsible for sending a impulse signal to the coils to fire, make sure the voltage signal is being sent if not change if it is sending the signal the coils at bad.

aftermarket pipes added? Idle mixture , choke stuck,, If pipes changed main jets need changed

yes its air/oil cooled most of the oil cooled motors are the same not 100% sure if it will fit or if the electronics are the same

Good possibility, You can check the out put voltage of the pickup coil. This has to be done with a "peak reading volt meter". There are some commercially available adaptors to insert in a standard volt meter for this check. With adapter installed, meter set to DC volts the reading across the leads from the pick up coil should be 3-7 volts at cranking speed. You should also confirm that you have battery voltage with the key & engine stop switch on at the cdi box as well as a good ground. I believe on a Suzuki this will be the orange/ white for battery voltage and the black will need to have contininity to ground. Also the orange/white at each coil should have battery voltage with key and engine stop switch on.

Change your coil

Does this motorcycle have a radiator if so, make sure it's full if it is go online and see if there's a sensor that shuts the bike down when it gets too hot. Maybe there's something wrong with that

compresion tsest could be a slightly bent valve, or valve too tight, inlet side.

bad fuel ? clean out carby and filter then if no spark at the plugs start at coil

Hi Oscar follow the loom carrying the three yellow wires from the generator on the left hand side of the motor. These will lead you to the reg. it is an aluminium box with cooling fins on it. Usually under the left hand side cover. Regards Jim...

easy mate, get an old screw driver a thin one heat the end up cherry red, bend over the las 5 mm cool it and put into seal and gently move round and pull out clean area tap new seal in with deep socket right way round, make sure you see how it came out

carb float levels need setting,check side stand switch or remove it.

check compression if low. you will have to rering it. gas going by rings under compression
