When the motorcycle tips over, the tip-over sensor sends a signal to the ECM. Then, this signal cuts OFF current supplied to the fuel pump, fuel injectors and ignition coils.
Sensor G on Page 30.
Page 70 shows a picture of it

Usually all you do is sit the bike back up, then make sure the k-switch is on (run position), then cycle the ignition to off-on-off again....

Aug 30, 2006 - According to the Service Manual, the tip over sensor is to deliver a 3.7 - 4.4 volt signal to the ECU, or the bike will not start.
